T.O.S(Terms of service)

General Information
-I have the right to decline any commission that I see not fit in compliance with my terms if either the commissioner is uncooperative, continuously changes what they want, or is not responding in a timely manner.
-Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use by the commissioner. This means, you cannot use my artwork on merchandise for resale or sell the artwork itself so if you would like to use the artwork for commercial use you must let me know before commissioning me since it will cost more than the normal prices.
-Revisions are free in the sketch process. Once I have the final artwork done, you can make little changes but if the commission has to be redone completely it would have additional charges.
- I will keep you updated throughout the entire process, as well as confirm the art is to your liking.
- I will email you the final product after all payments have been accepted.
- I do not make 2D VTuber Models
Payments
- I take 100% of the cost upfront to avoid scams.
- ALL payments will be through Paypal, and will be in USD$. I won't accept any other kind of payments.
Copyright Policy
-If you ask for a non-commercial commission, you cannot use my artwork on merchandise, resale, or sell the artwork itself so if you would like to use the artwork for commercial use you must let me know before commissioning me. Commercial commissions cost more than normal ones, keep that in mind
- As the artist, I have the rights to the illustration so I'm free to upload it on my social media (crediting you as the customer) and use it to promote my work.
- As the customer, you can upload the artwork on your social media (crediting me as the artist) and use it as decoration (banners, profile pic, etc) as long as you don't use it for any profit purpose (unless it's a commercial commission)
Timelines
- PLEASE allow about 2-3 weeks for a commission since I need breaks to avoid burnout to give you the best piece possible!
